Dec. 4, 2020—General Motors and Nikola have revised a previous agreement that would give GM an equity stake in the company.

The new non-binding agreement states that GM will only supply fuel cells to Nikola, not build the Badger or receive a stake in the company, reports Car and Driver

The Badger is expected to go into production in 2022.
