Mercedes-Benz Debuts New S-Class

Order Reprints

Sept. 4, 2020—The all new Mercedes-Benz S-Class leaves almost nothing to be desired. The 2021 model includes features like rear-wheel steering, and that's just the beginning.

The new luxury vehicle will begin with a 3-liter, 6-cylinder gasoline motor, adding up to 367 horsepower and 369 pounds per feet of torque. According to New Atlas, Mercedes has also teased a plug-in hybrid with a 62 mile range.

The backseat of any vehicle is usually just that, a backseat. But, in the new S-Class the backseat feels like more of a high-price limousine with pull-out tables, extending leg rests, and 10 different massage programs.

A price has not been named yet for the new model, but expect to see it in dealerships in the first half of next year.
