McLaren Shifts Gears

Aug. 31, 2020—McLaren automaker has announced its plans to go fully electric by the year 2030. The automaker will continue to develop engines for the next 10 years, but expect the market to make a full shift to electric vehicles by 2035.
As of now, McLaren has two hybrid vehicles, the P1 valued at over $1 million and the Speedtail, a $2 million ride.
Mike Flewitt, CEO of McLaren, said the automaker does not plan to launch a fully electric car until 2025, reports Electrek.
