Chinese EV Startup to Seek U.S. Stock Listing

July 13, 2020—Li Auto, a Chinese EV startup, is seeking an initial public offering to be listed on the Nasdaq, reports Tech Node.

The filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission came last week. It has been developing its vehicle, the Li One, on a hybrid platform. The company has sold more than 10,000 units already, according to Tech Node.

The company has 21 showrooms in China and plans to have as many as 60 by the end of the year, according to Reuters.
