Ford Files Trademark for EV Charging Network
April 16, 2020—Ford has filed a trademark for an electric vehicle charging network, according to multiple reports.
The Mach-E Club posted about Fastor Charge, which is the name of Ford's Supercharger network.
Ford has also made announcements about partnering with Electrify America and Ionity as it enters the electric vehicle space lately. Recently, Ford launched the Mustang Mach-E electric SUV as well, according to Electrek.
The trademark form for Fastor Charge describes it as an "apparatus and instruments for conducting, switching, transforming, accumulating, regulating or controlling electricity, namely, charging stations for electric vehicles; batteries for vehicles; accumulators and chargers for vehicle batteries."
