According to Bloomberg, Sony Honda Mobility Inc. will produce EVs at Honda facilities in North America in 2025. The goal is to deliver cars to North American customers in 2026. Customers in Japan could expect to see delivery during the second half of 2026. Chief Executive Officer Yasuhide Mizuno revealed this information during a news conference on Thursday.

Materials for the EVs will come mostly from North America. Bloomberg also noted that Sony Honda is set to host a showcase at the CES tech event in Las Vegas come January. Honda and Sony teamed up earlier this year.
