Nov. 24, 2021—General Motors last week announced it will begin delivering its GMC Hummer electric pickup in December.

GMC VP Duncan Aldred said on a conference call more than 80 percent of the 125,000+ reservations are for the Edition 1 model of the electric pickup, according to a report from Reuters. That model will start above $100,000 with a range around 330 miles. Cheaper models will be added in 2023.

The Hummer EV recently received a big PR boost earlier this month when President Joe Biden visited GM's Factory ZERO EV facility to test drive the new electric pickup.
