EV Group Urges More Purchase Incentives

March 23, 2021—The Zero Emission Transportation Association sent a letter to White House and Congressional officials urging for EV purchase incentives, charging infrastructure and stricter emissions standards.
“With Transportation Secretary Buttigieg scheduled to speak on the administration’s infrastructure plans before Congress this week, now is an important juncture to inform policymakers on how best to advance EV adoption," ZETA Executive Director Joe Britton said in a press release.
The group is also pushing for a 10 percent tax credit for domestic job creation.
